POC-ERP is an avenue for RegAF Airmen into attend colleges in order to finish earning their baccalaureate end. That POC-ERP allows Airmen with no more than two (2) years of college remaining to apply for early release from the RegAF to tracing a commission though AFROTC. Selected applicants attend graduate full time at universities offering AFROTC. POC-ERP may be a better option for your situation, since you're over halfway done with your degree. POC-ERP gives you an EA when you start the program, you don't have to compete for one later. You could still lose it if you suck of course, but it takes one unknown out of the equation.
