Yes it is. There is only 1 AI core. And it also came with the new update. What you mean is proly the Hardframe. Thats just Modules that change the appearance of the Minotaur and add some stats. Not sure if you've discovered this already but, a user on another thread mentioned that you can go into the quick menu, and under utilities select Disable Minotaur AI.
