Both are accurate, the CZ recoils less because of its heavier weight. The CZ has an enormous aftermarket as it's extremely popular in competition such as USPSA production class, there is also an optics-ready version. Staccato has more cool factor, SAO so the trigger pull is the same every time vs the DA/SA of the CZ.

The 2020 Staccato P was initially designed to be a full-stroke pistol with a 4.25 inches barrel length. However, this design minimized the captive spring area for the recoil system, and therefore, the Staccato P for 2020 was stretched out to 4.4 inches, bringing it in line with other firearms in its class. Further, trials confirmed that most ...Staccato P Pros and Cons. Smooth shooter – Everything about this pistol feels high quality. Excellent trigger – crisp break and short reset. May 31, 2023 By Jeremy Stafford. We've all heard the old wives' tales about how lightweight, aluminum versions of steel duty guns are more difficult to manage. It's the age-old compromise of portability versus shootability. I recently reviewed two Staccato P Duos to see if the old stories held true with modern materials and shooting ...It works great and is one of half dozen polymer pistols I have. I know that no one can tell me if it’s actually worth the money or not as that is a personal choice, but I’m considering buying one of these Staccatos. Staccato's are nice and their fans are very loyal, but I don't think the XL & XC are worth the money. I do strongly recommend the DLC finish on the barrel and optics cut. The new Tac grip texture is nice but I haven't had any grip issues with the standard texture, so I wouldn't bother unless you just prefer the looks.I've owned a number of both. I've had zero issue w/ the 2019 and beyond Staccatos, and prefer some of their features/offerings over the old. I don't think there's been a drop in quality, and by that I mean functional quality. The biggest difference btwn then and now is the larger lineup of models and the nicer factory options on the mid-to-late teens STI's.Steel vs aluminum, I just have the C2s, and use them for carry and training. They have just slightly more muzzle flip than the steel Staccato P. If this is a carry gun, I would vote for Aluminum. If for range and training, I would choose the Staccato P steel frame. The DLC coating on the barrel is more cosmetic.APPAREL / RANGE ACCESSORIES.
