Need to switch to FDV which is the dial tone coming out of ONT, while UDV (which the one that you have) the dial tone coming out of NVG Arris router. Internet has been working the last ~25 minutes. I noticed that the Optical light was staying solid green today (not flashing like it was all yesterday), but WAN light was not on; I had no internet on my router nor when I plugged computer in via Ethernet directly.
