As long as you have the item Alarm/Siren, you can get them pretty fast from 3rd item slot. I got 6 Pink Tails in less than 2 hours (maybe a lot less, around one hour).Gameusurper is correct, but the chances of getting more than one Pink Tail from a single battle are profoundly low; if I'm doing the math right, and my assumptions of 1/64 for an item drop and 1/64 for that item being a Pink Tail are correct, you have a ~0.57% chance per battle of getting just a single Pink Tail - and the odds of getting MORE than one are lower still.
