Most folks here use Rustoleum Hunter Green. There is a regular Hunter Green and a Dark Hunter Green. I’ve found the Dark Hunter to better match a lantern fount. The decal has some typical lifting off the tank but otherwise this should clean up pretty good. It’s dated 5/73 so could be a nice bday lantern. All there, pumps up and holds pressure. Correct globe, vent has 1 tiny mark on the very top, tank has rim rash but it’s not all rusted up.
