While there isn’t one massive standout card, the whole deck just works so well together. There’s a lot of synergy between the self-mill and recursion mechanics, plus a lot of support from and for your artifacts. This was released before the precons really took off in power, so it'll probably be just fine, but slow. Overall, if you want perfect balance, I'd agree on getting 4 of the same set, but honestly, flinging cards is fun and any of the four decks can win against one another.
